Ingredients
Corn Meal, Cane Sugar, Cassava Flour, Potato Starch, Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch and monocalcium phosphate). Sea Salt, Vanilla Flavor, Xanthan Gum.
How To Use
Butter and milk can be replaced with any non-dairy alternative.
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8" square or round cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat corn bread mix, milk, egg and melted butter, until thoroughly combined. Pour into pan.
3. Bake 30-40 min., or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan or serve immediately.
