A study of 24 individuals found malic acid along with magnesium taken two times daily provided significant Aid in measurements of tenderness and discomfort.

Magnesium (Magnesium Citrate and Malate) 135 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Microcrystalline Cellulose, and Medium Chain Triglycerides.

Recommended Use or Purpose:

Recommended Dose (Adults):
Take 1-2 capsules daily or as recommended by your health professional.
