Recommended Use:

• 10 to 14 years old: 1 tsp (5ml) 2 to 4 times per day

• 5 to 9 years old: 1 tsp (5ml) 2 times per day

• 2 to 4 years old: 1 tsp (5ml) once a day

• 1 to 2 years old: Follow health Wellness-Care provider’s recommendation
