SD's Tea is a blend of fruit, spices and herbal ingredients taken from a special Chinese formula. The medicinal and non-medicinal herbs and spices in this product are derived from natural sources.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Green tea leaf, Roasted dandelion root, Sweet orange peel, Cassia cinnamon bark, Marshmallow root, Papaya leaf, Licorice, root, Chamomile flower, Stevia leaf, Honeysuckle flower.

Direction

Adults: take 2 tea bags once daily. Preferably after dinner, pour 1-2 cups of boiling water over 2 tea bags into a container and cover. Steep for 2 minutes. Produces action in 6-12 hours.

Caution

Do not use any type of laxative for more than one (1) week, unless your physician has ordered a special schedule for you. Extended or overuse may cause dependence for bowel function. A laxative should not be taken within two hours of another medication because the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder, faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever or if you are taking cardiac Health Products. Do not use this product if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes or diarrhoea. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac Health Products such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic Health Products, thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other Health Products or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
