This high-heat cooking oil is crafted by gently simmering butter over a low temperature for an extended time, removing water, sugars, and proteins, leaving only pure butter oil. It’s perfect for sautéing, spreading on toast or rice, and blending into coffee or tea. Ideal for baking as well.

With a high smoke point of 480°F, it’s excellent for high-temperature cooking. Rich in vitamin A and butyric acid, it also boasts an optimal 1.5:1 Omega-6 to Omega-3 fatty acid ratio.
