These organic goji berries are grown on bushes at an altitude of 3,000 meters and sun-dried right after harvest. This allows the nutrient-rich berries to preserve their impressive nutritional profile: they are rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre, protein and antioxidants. The goji berry is also what’s known as an adaptogen, which means it helps the body grow stronger by increasing its resistance to stress, boosting the immune system and improving energy levels.

Culinary Uses

These unique-tasting berries are a great snack right out of the bag, as well as a great addition to many recipes such as energy balls, trail mixes, granola bars, oatmeal or smoothies. They’re also a great topping for your favourite salad, and make a very tasty tea when rehydrated in a cup with hot water.

Preservation

Can be kept in a cool, dry cupboard, protected from light and humidity for up to 12 months.
