Triphala is Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as an eye tonic, a digestive tonic to promote digestion, increase appetite and aid in digestion (stomachic) and relieves occasional constipation (laxative)

Ingredients

Amla Fruit 2:1 extract (Phyllanthus Emblica) 83.3mg – Daily Dose 666mg, Bibhitaki Fruit 2:1 extract (Terminalia bellirica) 83.3mg – Daily Dose 666mg, Guggul (resin) 2:1 extract (Commiphora wightii) 250mg – Daily Dose 2000mg, Haritaki Fruit 2:1 extract (Terminalia Chebula) 83.3mg – Daily Dose 666mg

NON-Medicinal ingredients

Gum Arabic, talc.

Directions-

Adults take 2 tablet Twice Daily or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Take 2 hours after or before taking other Health Products or natural health products. Laxative: allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur

Do not use

if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting or have a thyroid or coagulation disorder or at risk for bleeding or are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication or beta-blockers or calcium, channel blockers

if pregnant or breast feeding
