Glucomannan, obtained from the konjac root (Amorphophallus konjac), is a soluble fiber known for its bulk-forming properties. Scientific research has shown that Glucomannan can offer temporary relief from constipation and may contribute to the maintenance of serum lipid levels that are already within the healthy range.

Directions

Adult Dosage: Take 3 capsules, 2-3 times daily with at least 8 oz. of water 30-45 minutes before meals. Taking this product with insufficient liquid may result in choking and/or blockage of the throat, esophagus or intestine. Do not take immediately before going to bed. For use beyond 4 weeks consult a health-care practitioner.
