Directions

Adults: Take 1-3 capsules daily or as directed by your health-wellness-care practitioner. Joint 

Inflammation: Take 1 capsule three times daily or as directed by your health-wellness-care practitioner.

Duration of use: Consult a health-wellness-care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
