Natural Factors Turmeric & Bromelain is a combination of two herbal anti-inflammatory agents. It is used in herbal medicine to Assist relieve minor pain, swelling, and inflammation, and to provide digestive Aid. The dual-action Aid of turmeric and the enzymatic bromelain Assist with inflammation in the digestive tract and joints.

Each capsule contains:

Turmeric extract (Curcuma longa) (rhizome)
(95% curcuminoids)
300 mg

Bromelain extract (Ananas comosus) (stem)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Recommended Dose (Adults)

 4 capsules daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.

For use beyond 10 days, consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are allergic to pineapple, have a bleeding disorder, a history of stroke, or before surgery. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are taking antibiotics, blood thinners, have a history of gallstones, biliary tract obstructions and/or stomach ulcers. Discontinue use if a hypersensitivity reaction occurs. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if you experience gastrointestinal disturbances. Keep out of the reach of children.
