Most supplement companies assume echinacea contains one immune-boosting constituent: alkamides. However, years of immunological research reveal there are actually three key components: alkamides, polysaccharides, and cichoric acid. Recommended Dose

Adult: At first sign of infection, take 2 mL 5 times daily with water or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.

Cautions

Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leucosis, collagenosis or multiple sclerosis, or if you are taking immunosuppressants. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae (daisy) family. Hypersensitivity (e.g., allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
