Recommended Dose (Adults)
Mix 2 scoops (39.5 g) 3 times daily in a glass of water or juice and take with food, a few hours before or after taking other Health Products, or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Helps in proper thyroid gland, muscle, liver, and immune function and in the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth, and gums. Helps in wound healing and Aids eyesight, healthy skin, connective tissue, and red blood cell formation. An antioxidant for the maintenance of good health. Helps in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy Nutrition Plan and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.
Cautions
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are following a low protein Nutrition Plan, if you have diabetes, gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, a liver/kidney disorder or disease, or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine, or jaundice), if you are having surgery, are taking nitroglycerin, antibiotics, anticoagulant agents, or anti-inflammatory agents, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if you have cystinuria or an iron deficiency. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation, or indigestion. If diarrhea, nausea, or abdominal cramping persists or worsens, discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner. May cause discoloration of feces/stool. Keep out of the reach of children.
