Recommended Use

Helps to maintain normal function of the thyroid gland and production of thyroid hormones.

Recommended Dose

Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other Health Products or natural health products.

Caution

Do not use this product if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), birth control pills, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
