Ginger – Zingiber officinale (fresh) ...............................................................................1.5g
Zinc amino acid chelate ................................................................................................30mg(equivalent to Zinc 6mg)

Adult dose:

At first sign of infection and fever take 1 tablet twice a day until symptoms subside, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or one hour after meals.
