Ingredients

Sugars (sweet brown rice flour, brown rice flour, cane sugar, tapioca starch, arrowroot powder, rice milk powder (rice syrup solids, rice protein, tocopherols), citrus fiber, cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate, lemon Juice powder (maltodextrin, lemon Juice, lemon oil) and sea salt.)

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400F. Lightly grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.

2. Cut cold butter OR coconut oil into dry mix using a fork until somewhat crumbly and lumps become pea-sized. Add milk of choice and stir until just combined; do NOT over-mix.

3. Shape dough into a disc about ½" thick and about 7" in diameter. Place on prepared cookie sheet and score into 6 wedges, cutting all the way through, but not separating.

4 tablespoons milk of choice (dairy, almond, rice, oat etc.!).

4 tablespoons cold butter OR solid coconut oil.
