Ingredients

Organic Cornstarch.

Chocolate Pudding

Makes about 2 cups.

2 cups soymilk or rice milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
5 Tbsp. Let's Do...Organic Cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Whisk until smooth. Cover over medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding is very thick.

Pour into individual serving dishes and chill before serving. We recommend using organic sugar, soymilk, etc. in this recipe when available.

Serving Suggestions: top with sliced bananas, berries, sliced almonds, toasted walnuts or toppings of your choice.
