It's high in fibre, and low in calories (just 10 per serving, or 30 for the entire package), with no fat, carbs, sodium, or sugar. Konjac has a low Glycemic Index, so it's also suitable for diabetics.

How to Prepare
Step 1: heat with your sauce or empty Konjac Noodles in a bowl & heat in a microwave (900W) for 1 minute.
