MorgenStund 'contains selected ingredients such as the gluten-free seeds millet, buckwheat, amaranth, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sweet almonds. The natural, natural sweetness of apple and pineapple round off this high-quality breakfast for the whole family. 

The preparation is done jerk-wise and can be incredibly versatile. MorgenStund 'is cooked either as a porridge or simply doused with hot water, stirred and briefly allowed to swell. Finally, MorgenStund 'will be refined with fruits, dried fruits, nuts, WurzelKraft, some cream, rice, oat or almond milk. A delicious taste experience in the morning for the perfect start to the day and in a harmonious acid-base balance.

 

Due to the quick, easy preparation as well as the fast and long-term availability of the ingredients, MorgenStund 'is very popular as a taining and competition breakfast, but also as a snack.

Ingredients:
 
Millet *, buckwheat *, fruits dried 13.5% (pineapple *, apple *), oilseed 8.5% (pumpkin seeds *, sunflower seeds *, sweet almonds *), amaranth * 

* Ingredient from organic farming

Preparation:

In the cooking pot:

Stir morning with a whisk in approx. 160 - 180 ml of water. Boil with stirring and simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes.

Per kettle:

Mix 3 tablespoons of morning with approx. 120 - 140 ml of boiling water and allow to swell for 1 - 2 minutes.
