Sometimes, simplicity is the epitome of elegance. Our recipe features organic field-grown cabbage, finely sliced and paired with the finest pink salt, which is harvested from ancient deposits millions of years old. Unlike regular salt, pink salt is 80% sodium and 20% soluble minerals and elements.

This kraut undergoes a minimum of three weeks of barrel fermentation before being carefully hand-packed into mason jars. The result is a surprisingly complex, crunchy, and tangy companion to any protein, especially BBQ.
