Ingredients

Whole fresh stone-ground organic spelt, Kamut and oat kernels; organic dried cane juices; baking soda, sea salt.

Directions

Basic prep: 

Preheat oven to 350˚f 

In a mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs 

Add ½ cup (one stick) melted butter, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp vanilla; whisk smooth 

Stir in chocolate chips or other extras if desired; gently mix in package contents to form firm dough 

Scoop out twelve to a cookie sheet, flatten each one with hand, fork or glass bottom 

Bake 14-18 min then cool

Makes 24-36 cookies
