Directions

Adults mix 1 scoop well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption daily, with a meal, or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. If seal around cap is broken or missing, do not use.

Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have liver or kidney disease, a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner, anti-inflammatory or antibiotic, or are having surgery. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. This product contains milk by-products/derivatives. Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
