Recommended Dose

Children 2-5 y - Open 2 capsules and add the contents of the capsule to the food or beverage

Children 6-9 y - Take 2-5 capsules daily

Adolescents 10-14 у - Take 3-10 capsules daily

Adults and adolescents >15 y - Take 5-20 capsules daily
