Directions

Use uncooked only (on salads, on cooked foods, in yogurt, etc). Do not heat Flax Oil.

For optimal freshness, keep refrigerated and consume within eight weeks of opening. Can be frozen to prolong shelf life. Globules may appear at low temperatures.
