Organic family EDEN Dark Red Kidney Beans are soaked overnight, and pressure cooked with zero chemical additives at Eden’s certified organic, kosher cannery. An American native, antioxidant carotenoids, the same as in berries, give kidney beans their deep red color. Kidney beans have more durable skin, which helps them remain whole during longer cooking times and so are favored in chili, soup, stew, and baked bean recipes. They are popular in Tex-Mex dishes, with pasta, in salads, dips, spreads, and Minestrone soup. No salt added. EDEN beans come in BPA, BPS, and phthalate free cans since 1999.
