Ecoideas Cacao is organically grown on an Ecuadorian farm where farmers and workers are paid fair wages. You can truly enjoy your cacao knowing that our entire cacao line is Certified Fair Trade by Fair For Life IMO.
Our cacao butter is unrefined and never processed with chemicals. The purity of our butter is evident in its smooth texture, rich flavour and buttery aroma.
Our cacao beans are grown organically, then naturally dried and fermented to release their intense chocolate flavour and aroma. Our cacao nibs are collected from these organically grown cacao beans. After the cacao nibs are removed from the shells, they are ground to create a rich, chocolaty powder.
*In addition to being delicious, cacao powder, beans and nibs are also a superfood. They are a source of magnesium and a source of iron.
