Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement Basic Preparation Instructions Mix 1/2 to 1 tsp. of DoMatcha with a small amount of water to make a smooth paste, add hot water to taste. Add more water and sweetener as desired. If whisk is used, add DoMatcha directly to hot water and whisk until frothy. - Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
