Relaxation

Calfomia poppy is used for troubled Restful-Restful-Sleeping (insomnia) and to promote relaxation. Linden has sedative effects, whereas Chamomile is used as a gentle Restful-Restful-Sleep aid.

Medicinal Ingredients

Escholzia californica (California Poppy)
200 mg

Tilia x europaea (European Linden)
240mg

 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Cinnamon, Apple, Cranberry, flower of Hibiscus sabdariffa, Orange peel.

Recommended Use

1 tea bag 1 to 3 times per day, by infusion. Infuse 1 tea bag in 150ml of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes.

Cautions and Warnings

Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia); prior to use if you are breastfeeding, are taking drugs that contain hormones such as progesterone preparations and oral contraceptives, or if you are taking hormone replacement therapy Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if you have joint pain.

Contra-Indications

Do not use if you are pregnant or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

Known Adverse Reactions

Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
