Directions

Adults (75 kg or greater), take 1 scoop daily or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Mix product well in 10-12 fl. oz. (296-355 mL) of water immediately before consumption. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Not for prolonged use.

May result in weight gain. If the following symptoms appear: weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing, and/or pale, gray, or blue coloured skin, stop use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner. These symptoms may be signs of methemoglobinemia, a rare disorder, which may appear up to 2 hours after use. Reduce the dose if flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin occurs. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Do not use if you have cardiovascular disease risk factors (e.g. high blood pressure, high cholesterol and/or triglycerides, obesity) or glaucoma. Do not take if you are taking decongestant-containing cold preparations (i.e. phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine), products containing Herbal Blend/ephedrine, or other Health Products which increase blood pressure.
