Directions

Adults (75 kg or greater), take 1 scoop daily or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Mix product well in 10-12 fl. oz. (296-355 mL) of water immediately before consumption. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Not for prolonged use.

Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you have overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability), a seizure disorder, or a kidney disease disorder, or liver disease or if you have been instructed to follow a low protein Nutrition Plan. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are following a Nutrition Plan rich in nitrates (e.g. plants from the Amaranthaceae family such as beets, spinach, etc.), or if you have diabetes, prostate disorder or are taking any prescription medication. Consumption with caffeine-containing products (e.g. Health Products, coffee, tea, cola, guarana, mate) is not recommended as it may increase the risk of adverse effects. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the Cardio Health muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular Cardio Healthbeat even in healthy individuals. This product is not intended as a substitute for Restful-Restful-Sleep. Discontinue use if you experience nausea, loss of appetite, dizziness, insomnia, hyperactivity/anxiety or increased sweating. May result in weight gain. If the following symptoms appear: weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing, and/or pale, gray, or blue coloured skin, stop use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner. These symptoms may be signs of methemoglobinemia, a rare disorder, which may appear up to 2 hours after use. Reduce the dose if flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin occurs. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Do not use if you have cardiovascular disease risk factors (e.g. high blood pressure, high cholesterol and/or triglycerides, obesity) or glaucoma. Do not take if you are taking decongestant-containing cold preparations (i.e. phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine), products containing Herbal Blend/ephedrine, or other Health Products which increase blood pressure.
