Directions

Adults mix one scoop of C4 Sport in 240ml of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption, 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.

Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (eg Health Products, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate) or with natural health products (eg bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, Herbal Blend) or other drugs (eg ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended.
