How To Use

• Apply one coat of Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat over your favorite butter LONDON Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer for an ultra-glossy finish. Let dry. 

• For best results, pair with Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat (not included) prior to nail lacquer. 

Pro Tip: Pair with our P.D. Quick Dry Conditioning Drops to Assist reduce dry time for a quicker manicure. Wait 2-5 minutes for P.D. Quick Dry Conditioning Drops to dry before rubbing any remaining oil onto the cuticles for added moisture.
