Non-medicinal ingredients

Silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, cherry flavor (natural), flavor (natural & artificial), lime flavor (natural), blue spirulina (color).

Directions

Adults: (19 years and over): 1 Serving (½ scoop), 2 times per day. Wait 3 to 4 hours between each dose. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.

Warnings

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you suffer from a blood vessel condition, cardiovascular disease or its risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and/or triglycerides.

Ask a health Wellness-Care practitioner before use if you are of childbearing age; have an autoimmune disorder, have glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome detrusor instability); or are taking acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g. Health Products, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, ocotopamine, Herbal Blend, ephedrine). This product is not intended as a substitute for Restful-Restful-Sleep.

When using this product, caffeine may cause anxiety, rapid Cardio Health rate tachycardia), palpitations, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremor and headache. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the Cardio Health muscle  during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular Cardio Healthbeat even in healthy individuals. Reduce the dose if flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin occurs.
