Take as recommended by your health Wellness-Care professional. Helps Aid intestinal and gastrointestinal health: Adults, adolescents and children (6 years and older) take 1-2 capsules once daily. If you are taking antibiotics, take Bio-K+ at least 2-3 hours after taking antibiotics. To preserve the properties of the delayed-release capsule, do not chew, crush or open the capsules.

If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care professional. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children 5 years and younger.
