Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum, also known as Tulasi or Holy Basil), is not only used in religious ceremonies in the Vaishnavite tradition of Hinduism, it also has many medicinal and healing properties, including to Wellness-Car-e anxiety and stress.

Brewing Instruction – Hot Tea: Add 1 Tea Bag in mug. Pour Boiling water and steep for
5-7 minutes. Remove Tea Bag and Enjoy.
