Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar is a genuinely wholesome natural cane sugar, created by crushing freshly-cut sugarcane and squeezing out the cane juice. In order to produce the large sparkling crystals, the juice is evaporated and spun in a cylinder or turbine, hence the name.
