In herbalism, nettle is the mother of all spring tonics. Some of our favorite nettle hails from the wild meadows of Eastern Europe, where collectors harvest it by hand. The perfect refreshing tea to add a little spring to your step.

Organic nettle leaf* (Urtica dioica).

Suggested Use

Pour 240ml freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag.

Cover & Steep for 10 min.

Squeeze & Remove tea bag to ensure maximum goodness.
