Iron Bisglycinate is a well-absorbed iron chelate that can increase iron stores without causing the gastrointestinal problems of many iron supplements. Iron Bisglycinate is NSF Certified for Sport®.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Leucine, and Silicon Dioxide.

Recommended Use or Purpose (Adults):
A factor in the maintenance of good health. Helps form red blood cells and helps in their proper function. 

Recommended Dose (Adults):
Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your health professional. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other Health Products.
