Suggested Dose

(Adults): Mix 1 scoop (9.4 g) of VegeGreens into 250 mL of a cold beverage of your choice. Consume once daily and take with food to avoid digestive upset. Cautions

Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus.
