Recommended Adult Dose

For cardiovascular Aid: 1 softgel 2–3 times daily with meals or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.

For cognitive health: 1 softgel 2 times daily with meals or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.

For reducing the pain of rheumatoid arthritis: 5 softgels daily with meals or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
