Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose.

Recommended Use

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to Assist relieve restlessness and/or nervousness (calmative).

Directions

Adults, take 2 capsules, 3 times daily. Use for at least 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks.

Warning

Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anti- anxiety Health Products, seizure Health Products, antihis- tamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates. Contra-indications

Do not use this product if you are taking anti-cancer, antidepressant [e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)), cardiovascular, contraceptive Health Products, blood thinners, anti-HIV agents and/or Health Products to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive Health Products).

Known adverse reactions

Stop use if hypersensitivity/ allergy occurs. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness and/or headaches.

Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
