Recommended Use or Purpose

Increases lean Strength when used in conjunction with a resistance training regimen. Improves performance in repetitive bouts of brief, highly-intense physical activity (e.g. sprints, jumping, resistance training) by increasing intramuscular energy levels. Creatine may Assist improve symptoms of Parkinson’s disease & ALS. Creatine may Assist improve short and long term memory, processing speed, arithmetic ability and/or hand-eye co-ordination. Creatine may reduce recovery time for post stroke patients. Specially formulated with no fillers to ensure purity and micronized to deliver enhanced solubility in water or juice.

Recommended Dose

(Adults): Mix one scoop (7.5g) with 500 mL water. Take one serving 1-2 times per day. For best results, take immediately before and after your exercise regime.
