Organic spices. Sea salt, Organic rice flour, Organic rice maltodextrin, Organic dehydrated onion (including powder), Organic yellow corn flour, Organic garlic powder, Organic whey powder, Citric acid, Organic sunflower oil, Organic oleoresin paprika, Organic molasses powder (organic molasses, silicon dioxide [to prevent caking]). Not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.

Ingredients Needed

1 lb. lean ground beef, turkey or chicken
1 package of Watkins Gourmet Seasoning Mix
¾ cup water 
Taco shells or flour tortillas
Assorted Toppings
 
Cooking Instructions

1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
2. Stir in gourmet seasoning mix and water.
3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve in taco shells and add assorted toppings, if desired.
 
Tip

Mix as directed and wrap with iceberg or romaine lettuces as a low-carbs, gluten-free wrap instead of traditional taco shells.
