Ironsmart helps prevent iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia. It also helps to form red blood cells and helps in their proper function.

Iron deficiency is often seen in women of child baring years due to increased menstrual flow. The three causes of iron deficiency are 1) lack of adequate intake 2) lack of absorption and 3) higher output. Ironsmart works to Aid deficiencies in intake and absorption.

Suggested Use

Adults take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food a few hours before or after taking other Health Products or natural health products. Adult women: 1-2 capsules per day. Pregnant women: 2 capsules per day. Breastfeeding women: 1 capsule per day.

Cautions

Taking a daily prenatal multi-vitamin and mineral supplement that contains iron along with this product may result in constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting due to high iron intake.
