Native North Americans and early settlers reportedly utilized it as a survival food. The bark of Slippery Elm is recognized for its mucilage constituents, known to coat and soothe the tissues of the gastrointestinal tract.

Directions

Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily with water.
