Recommended Use

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a Restful-Restful-Sleep aid (for restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress) and helps to relieve digestive disturbances, such as dyspepsia.

Directions

Adults and adolescents 13 years and older, take 3 capsules per day.
