Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Organic cane juice, purified stearic acid, xylitol, silica, tropical fruit flavour, citric acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended Adult Dose: Chew 2 tablets daily, 30-45 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. 5-HTP can cause stomach sensitivity in some people.
