Allergen Statement

Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs.

Recommended Dose

Adult 2 softgels daily, 30-45 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner. 5-HTP can cause stomach sensitivity in some people. For this reason it is recommended that you do not take this product on an empty stomach. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
