Directions

Take one teaspoon (5 ml), three times daily or as directed by a health Wellness-Care professional. Take 5 to 10 minutes before each meal. The evening dose can be taken just before bedtime. Keep in the mouth at least one minute before swallowing.

Recommended duration of use
