Elderberry

Elderberry is a berry known for its antioxidants and vitamins to help boost your immune system, ability to decrease respiratory secretions, tame inflammation and lessen stress.

Ingredient

Elderberry.

Recommended Use

Pour 1 cup of dried Elderberry (approximately 4oz) into a pot.

Add 3-4 cups of water to every cup of Elderberry. Bring to a boil and let steep for 5 minutes.

Strain and gently press the berries to extract all the natural juices. For additional flavor, add your preferred organic sweeteners such as honey or maple syrup.

Let the mixture cool. Keep Refrigerated.

Recommended Consumption: 1-2 tablespoons every other day.
