Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water).

Recommended Adult Dose

1 softgel daily or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.

For vitamins A &D deficiencies (adults): 2 softgels daily or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
