Recommended Dose (Adults)
Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
At bedtime only, allow 1 tablet to dissolve under the tongue daily or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
JetL Lag: Take while travelling and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. For occasional short-term use.

All Uses Except Jet Lag: If symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health Wellness-Care practitioner.
All Uses: Consumption with alcohol, other Health Products, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
